Should your goods arrive and are found to be defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will organise to send you a stamped, return envelope. Please return the goods to us within 7 days of receiving your return information.All returned products must be:

• unused by your dog, and in original condition (that is, not cut, washed or used in any way);

• undamaged;

• returned within [14] days of delivery

Once we have inspected the goods and they are deemed to be fautly or incorrectly supplied, we will dispatch a new order immediately. Should the goods be no longer available, we will offer a replacement or refund, which ever your prefer.We do not exchange for change of mind or wrong choice.

Please note that it is very important that you inspect goods as soon as they are received in order for us to refund should there be a problem.

Shipping is by Australia Post standard  prices.
